Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout from your address, before you pay.
How long will delivery take?

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Our products are shipped directly from different suppliers, so items in one order can travel separately.
How can I check on my order?
Use the order help page with your order number and the email address used at checkout, or sign in to your account.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to see your order history.
Products & sashiko
I have never done any embroidery. Is sashiko suitable for me?
Yes. Sashiko is built on one simple running stitch. Our introduction to sashiko explains how to begin.
What is in each kit?
Every product page lists exactly what is included under “What’s included”. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering.
Can I use ordinary embroidery thread or needles?
You can experiment with what you have, but sashiko thread and needles are designed for the technique: the thread is usually thicker and less shiny, and the needles are longer so you can load several stitches at once.

Reviews can only be left by customers who bought the product, and we do not edit or invent reviews.
